Our Journey Begins in Satun, Thailand
The story of KINGBE began more than 80 years ago in Satun, a coastal province in Southern Thailand.
For four generations, our family has been involved in the charcoal and cooking fuel industry, building knowledge and experience through decades of working with wood, charcoal production, fuel selection, and heat management.
What started as a local family business has evolved into a modern charcoal manufacturing and distribution network serving restaurants, food businesses, and international markets.
The expertise accumulated over generations remains the foundation of everything we do today.
Growing with the Industry
As the restaurant industry evolved, so did the demand for better fuel solutions.
Traditional charcoal was no longer enough for businesses that required consistent heat, predictable performance, and efficient cost control.
Recognizing these changing needs, our family invested in the development of charcoal briquettes and other specialized fuel products designed specifically for commercial foodservice operations.
Over the years, we have continuously refined our production methods and product formulations to support a wide range of restaurant concepts, from local BBQ businesses to premium Japanese dining establishments.
From Satun to Bangkok
Today, our operations are supported by two key organizations within the group.
The Rich Alternative Products Ltd., Part., located in Satun, serves as our primary manufacturing facility, overseeing production, raw material management, and product development.
Elka Carbonize Co., Ltd., based in Bang Bon, Bangkok, manages sales, marketing, customer service, and business development for both domestic and international markets.
This structure allows us to combine manufacturing expertise from Southern Thailand with modern business operations and customer support from Bangkok.
