M 109 Hexagonal Briquette
M 109 is our most exported product.
Manufactured from compressed rubber wood charcoal in a hexagonal shape designed for commercial kitchens.
The product has been used continuously by Mookata and BBQ restaurants in Thailand for more than 10 years.
Today M 109 is exported to Malaysia through established distribution channels serving restaurant suppliers wholesalers and food service operators.
Packaging is available in 18kg sacks for commercial use.
Model 700 Coconut Shell Charcoal
Model 700 is a mid grade coconut shell charcoal briquette offering stable heat output low smoke and dependable performance.
The product is commonly supplied to hotels resorts and restaurant operators seeking a balance between performance and operating cost.
