KINGBE firewood arrives seasoned and ready to burn. Follow these steps for an easy light, clean smoke and wood that smells as good as the day it arrived.

Start with kindling or well-lit charcoal, add small pieces, then larger ones once the flame is strong. No lighter fluid needed, so nothing taints the food.

Heat the whole dome evenly before baking, then add 1–2 pieces at a time to hold a steady temperature.

Set the wood on lit charcoal and wait for thin, clear smoke before the meat goes on, for a soft fruitwood aroma.
